I'm so thankful that I don't need anything for my birthday this year. Not another itunes card or another electronic gadget. This year, my birthday is going to be all about providing safe clean drinking water for people in need. This is my 41st birthday and my birthday wish list is simple: I'm asking that you give $41 or more to give the gift of water. Not for me. This money will go to build freshwater projects for people in developing nations. 1 in every 6 people in our world don't have access to clean water. Water is the key to life, health, business, and education. Millions contract deadly diseases from contaminated water. 45,000 people will die this week alone. The lucky ones won't, but will have to walk hours each day to get nasty water to give to their families. My birthday wish is simple, I want to save lives. I want to make my birthday count this year.
