Hello, friends!
Afro Flow Yoga is a practice that fuses elemental awareness, yogic principles and asanas, and African dance. In this practice, we learn concepts that truly are intuitive: that we are made up of the elements and require the elements to live, simple as that.
Human beings embody the four elements of earth, air, fire, water, but are physically made up of about 70-80% WATER! So imagine what happens when the water we drink is murky, disease-ridden and festering with bacteria and germs? The body becomes disease-ridden and festers with bacteria and unhealthy germs too!
We, at Afro Flow Yoga, want to DO SOMETHING NOW to help get us, as a global family, closer to the goal of clean and safe drinking water for everyone, particularly those in developing nations.
Please take a stand with us for clean water and better health and lives for our brothers and sisters around the globe! If we don't do this together, who will? There is no better time than now!
Please make a donation today to this amazing, life-changing cause.
Many thanks and blessings!
Namaste,
