Perhaps it is just another year...
Perhaps it is just another day...
Perhaps it is just another moment in time...
But for my 29th birthday, I want to do something to impact people I've never met. Imagine being able to literally give the gift of life to a community halfway around the world. This year, for just $29, you can help bring fresh water to one person for 20 years, and every penny is going to build freshwater wells for people in developing nations.
A billion people in the world are living without clean water - but how much are they really living? Millions contract deadly diseases from contaminated water. 45,000 people will die this week alone. The lucky ones won't, but still walk hours each day to get dirty water to give to their families.
My birthday wish this year is to give clean and safe drinking water to some of the billion living without it. If I can get 100 of my family and friends to give $29 each, we can give water to 145 people! Imagine if we can double or triple that!
