On April 1, I'm turning 30.
(I know, I can hardly believe it.)
Its daunting, but also humbling. Millions of people don't live to see their fifth birthdays, much less their 30th. Often because they don't have access to clean, safe water.
So I'm celebrating my birthday like never before.
With your help, I'm raising $10,000 by my 30th birthday, "My 10K Birthday", to bring clean water to 500 people in Ethiopia.
Every penny raised goes directly to our water project. Charity:Water will show us EXACTLY where our well is built with GPS coordinates, and even who we've helped through pictures of community members.
So join me in giving 500 people access to clean water to drink, bath in and clean with; freedom from water-borne illness; and precious time to go school, work, and care for their families.
