goal
The world is a mess. I hear about it every day in the news. People are starving, poor, homeless, thirsty and sick.
I take a lot of things for granted, one being water. There are so many people around the world who do not have clean water. Millions of women and children have to walk hours each day to get water from muddy ponds and rivers. And much of that water is infested with bacteria, parasites or leeches.
When I learned that only $20 can give someone access to clean, safe water, I decided to start a campaign to help. $5,000 can build a clean water project to serve a community of 250 people. My first goal is to raise $500. charity: water will use 100% of the money to directly fund the water projects in the field. Even better, when the projects are complete, they'll show me just where our money went. We'll be able to see the GPS coordinates photos and other details about the community we've impacted!
There is a lot of need in this world, let’s start here. I've never actually been dying of thirst, but I'm sure we'd all like to see a world where no one does. There is no donation too small, let’s make a change!
Thank you for your help and support for this great cause! Please share this page with your friends and family!
Sincerely,
Tom Nagle
I look forward to see how much we can raise for clean water! Thank you in advance for your support!
