My Darling Monkeys, for the last 5 years I have asked for a donation on my birthday to charity:water. I hesitate before saying "Please make a donation in lieu of buying me a gift." My popularity is no where near as large as my contact database! If you are still reading this I am grateful...most of you received this and thought "How do I know that name?" (I lost 20% after the word Monkey.)
So, my birthday is secondary to the cause. I ask only that you donate a $1 or $2 or any amount...ONE DOLLAR is ONE YEAR of WATER to someone. Start your own campaign. Spread the word. charity:water gives 100% of your money to provide clean, safe, water. You can really make a difference.
